		<description>Thanks for your heads up on this deal.  It's always good to have all the information before moving forward.  I looked at the Hertz ad again on Travelocity and they do explain that there is a flat fee of $6.99 and that no credit is given for unused fuel.  It sounds like the best way to take advantage of that deal is to return the tank on empty.  Thanks again for sharing.</description>
